I told y’all that I would be doing something a little different this year. There is still a monthly workout journal and other things but I am adding this in as well. I saw it originally on Pinterest. My goal and plan is to follow each of these every month along with a monthly workout challenge. I will NOT be giving daily updates as I did last year. I will post what we are doing for the month and then at the end of the month you will find an update on it. However, there could be updates if I feel I need to share something with you. There will also be a giveaway to go along with the workout journal each month. I have not yet decided what it will be but I can tell you that the journal and giveaway will go live on the first Friday of each month.
Fell free to follow along with me as we go through each and ever one of these. My hope is that at the end of the year I feel like a whole new person. I am not naive enough to believe that it will all magically work but who knows. It will either be a good thing or something I hate. Come along for the adventure with me.
