Each month I will be doing a different workout challenge and then updating you daily with the results and how I feel about it. I meant to start this month on the first but got a little behind which means I am playing catch-up now. I may combine a day or two just to get myself on track. Are you ready for the challenge? DAY 1: WOW! This was not as easy as I thought. My legs are currently screaming from the squats so I can only imagine what they will feel like tomorrow. Not to mention I can’t really do a sit up. Isn’t there an easier way to do these things?
DAY 2: Okay, this isn’t easier. What the heck? My arms are creaming this morning thanks to some sunburn.
