Nov/Dec 2018 Workout Journal

It is another month and I have decided that I was going to do something different. For the months of November and December there will not be a workout journal. I discovered something new that I will start doing on January 1st. In fact I plan on having some giveaways to go along with everything.

I was cruising around Pinterest when I discovered a wonderful monthly plan. It is something that I will share with y’all come January 1, 2019. For now (and truthfully with the holidays I am going to be swamped) sit back and enjoy the next two months. This journal will be changing just a bit come January and I plan to have a giveaway with it every single month.

    I’ll be g;ad to see the new plan in January. Frankly, November and December are so busy–I cook and we travel at Thanksgiving, both my kids have December birthdays, Christmas, New Year, etc—just too spread out to focus on a good new workout routine.

    I’m excited to see as well. I’m always looking for new ways to help me lose weight and stay active. I have lost 50 pounds and started in June.

    if the journals weren’t working for you, that makes sense. i wish you well with the new idea and will be interested to see its reveal in january.

    I’m loOking forward to january! I need all the help I can get! I’m really out of shape and it is affecting my health. everyone thinks because I am thin, I must be in shape 🙁
