It’s a new month and I am once again going to attempt to get in the workout habit. This month I think I am going to do squats. I actually did something similar to this a couple of years ago and the results were great. I am hoping that I can duplicate those results. I do have one tip though if you are going to follow along, start small. Squats seem really easy and they are for the most part but if you push yourself too hard to begin with you will find yourself giving out quickly. Not to mention your muscles are going to hurt. I am starting with 5 and then adding 5 each day forward. That way I am gradually building myself up.

Day 1 and I did squats this morning. They were easy but I promise as the month goes on it will get harder and harder. Not to mention my booty is going to get firmer and firmer. It’s a win-win all around in my opinion.

So I added 5 squats this morning which got me up to ten and I did a little walk as well. Nothing too much but something to get myself moving. I know I should be doing more but I am starting pretty small.

I am attempting to use Sundays as a day of rest for each week. So I didn’t really do much of anything today. Unless you count the Sunday dinner that I do each week. I typically spend a hour or two int he kitchen making a large dinner for the whole family. It is a ritual that I have always enjoyed and look forward to all week.

15 squats this morning. They weren’t too bad but like I said I did this challenge before and they will get harder. I haven’t walked yet today (it’s currently 10:57am) but I will before the day is out.
