Serves: 4-6 people
These fluffy mashed potatoes are the perfect side dish for any meal and don't take a lot of work.
Wash potatoes, leaving skin on.
Toss everything but milk and ¾ stick of butter in a crock pot.
Put on high for 5 hours.
At around the 4 hour mark, take a knife and cut potatoes into chunks (while still in the slow cooker.)
Cook another hour.
When you have reached 5 hour mark, use a potato masher to begin to mash the potatoes with the liquid in the slow cooker.
Add milk and ¾ stick of butter.
Mash until desired consistency is reached.
Lower slow cooker temp to warm.
